Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by FM Graphic Design.

Services
FM Graphic Design provides graphic design services including (but not limited to) branding, print design, packaging design, and web design. Each project is tailored to the client based on agreed requirements.

Quotes & Payment

All projects are quoted individually.

For larger projects, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or within 30 days, whichever comes first.

For smaller projects, full payment may be required upfront.

Work may be paused or withheld until agreed payments are received.
If the scope of work changes before the project's completion, additional costs may occur.
Any price change will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Any and all outside costs including, but not limited to, equipment rental, copy, photographer’s costs and fees, photography and/or artwork licenses, photobank’s pictures are not included in the price and will be billed to the Client.

Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed per project. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.

Timelines
Project timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect delivery times.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, details). FM Graphic Design is not liable for errors in materials provided by the client.

The Client must approve any and all materials, copy, and all details prior to project finalization and submission. FM Graphic Design is not responsible for any graphical, typographical or printing errors. The Client will review every document received.

Confidentiality

FM Graphic Design hereby acknowledges it may become aware of personal information that relates to the client / company.
FM Graphic Design as well as the Client agree to keep all personal information confidential.

Usage

The Client needs to have a license for any intellectual property (copy, images etc.) that they provide to the FM Graphic Design.

The Client has the right to use, reproduce and display the project once full payment is received. The client may not alter the design in a way that misrepresents the original work.
FM Graphic Design will keep full ownership of unused sketches / project options / unused drafts.
FM Graphic Design will be permitted to display final work on their website and/or in promotional materials.

Liability
FM Graphic Design is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered designs.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of custom design services, the following policy applies:

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time and cover initial work.

Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

Completed Work
Once final files have been delivered, no refunds are provided.

If there are any concerns, FM Graphic Design will always aim to resolve them in a fair and reasonable way.

FM Graphic Design respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

Delivery Policy

All services provided by FM Graphic Design are delivered digitally.

Final files are typically delivered via email or file transfer.
Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project and will be agreed upon in advance.
